The dinner will include a 1700s, period appropriate, gourmet meal prepared by James Beard Foundation finalist, Tyler Anderson, owner of "Millwrights Restaurant" in Simsbury, CT and one of New England's "Best Chefs" (according to Connecticut Magazine) Luke Venner, owner of Elm Restaurant in New Canaan, CT.

The Genn Hansen Orchestra
The Glenn Hansen Orchestra is a nonprofit mentoring band who mentors gifted young performers and teaches them performance technics. Young performers work side by side with professionals in the Music business. Some of the Mentors have toured with Frank Sinatra and Judy Garland. The Orchestra’s drummer is the son of Benny Goodman’s Lead trumpet player and other members are currently touring with the present-day Glenn Miller Band. Many are members of East Coast Military bands. The lead trumpet player has performed at the White House 5 times for 5 different presidents.
